Dubbed ‘South Africa’s Most Beautiful Road Race’, the SPAR Women’s Challenge attracts top female athletes as well as social runners wanting to support a good cause. On Sunday the SPAR Women’s Joburg Challenge will take place at 08h00 at Marks Park Sports club in Emmeratia

The race supports Reach for Recovery, a breast cancer charity that helps women with breast cancer return to daily life through providing free support and a prosthesis service.

SpaceBox believes in this cause, and it believes women running in the 10km race or 5km fun run should not be stressed about the safety of their goods while they’re on the road. So this year, as the official storage partner for the Joburg Challange, SpaceBox is offering a free on-site storage service at the SPAR Women’s Challenge.

Trunks of cars, like some handbags and athlete’s tog bags, contain so much more than what is really necessary. Still, when there’s too much junk in the trunk, it’s good to know that all that content can be kept safe, as well as valuables such as jewellery, purses, changes of clothes and whatever else needs a protected home while the race is being run.

SpaceBox, the secure, simple and easy-to-use solution, was designed to deliver stress-free storage. It allows customers to pack items into SpaceBoxes, provided at no extra charge, which are delivered to clients for packing, and retrieved and stored afterwards. Boxes are kept in a secure, weather- and tamper-proof location until the client needs them. To have them returned, the client simply goes online and schedules a drop-off. Simple, isn’t it?

Now athletes taking part in the SPAR Women’s Challenge can take advantage of the service during the race, and stand the chance of winning the fantastic storage solution for a further 12 months. See the competition details here.
